Nicole is making tuna salad for her office colleagues. It takes of a pound of canned tuna to make 5 portions of salad. She uses pounds of canned tuna for every 2 onions used. If Nicole uses a total of 4 onions, then how many portions of salad does she make?

    IF she use 1 pound of canned tuna for every 2 onions used, then:

    2 onions = 1 pound of canned tuna

    4 onions=2 pounds of canned tuna

    1 pound of canned tuna = 5 portions

    2 pounds of canned tuna = 10 portions
