    14

    Step-by-step explanation:

    From the question we are given the first term 8, second term 11 and we are to find the third term.

    Using the formula:Tn=a + (n-1) d

    Where a=first term=8

    n=number of terms = 3

    d = difference between terms (second term - first term) = 11-8=3

    T3=8 + (3-1) 3

    =8+2 (3)

    =8+6

    The next term = 14
