+70 degrees above zero. That's the way I would write it. If it is in a sentence, it would be something like "Today's temperature was 70 degrees above zero. Terribly hot! like a sauna." I'm thinking Centigrade when I make this statement. I don't think there's a place on earth that's ever recorded that temperature.
