    4p-13p-p=-150

    -9p-p=-150

    -10p=-150

    p=15

    Order of operations. Doing so turns it into a simple division equation.

    I believe p=15. I combined both 4p and - 13p to get - 9p then subtracted the last p to get - 10p. - 150/-10 = 15.
