    First you're gonna flip the signs from left to right or the other way around only when there's a negative co-efficent. For example, > - 1c > is transformed into < - 1c <. Just because you flip the sign doesn't mean that the negative disappears. So I'll do the steps for you.

    c - 12 > - 1c > - 13c > 13c 11.

    c - 12 < - 1c 13c 11.

    c - 12 - 13c < 13c 11.

    c - 12 - 13c - 13c < 11.

    Ok, now that all the signs are flipped I'm going to use algebraic steps to get to a simplified inequality.

    c - 12 - 13c - 13c < 11.

    I figured out from - 13c < 13c that c is a positive number.

    I figured out from c - 12 < - 1c that c is a small positive number, more exactly
