a quarter of the tank is filled with petrol

1 cubic metre is equivalent to 1000 litres

work out how many more litres of petrol are needed to fill the tank

height = 1.6m

width=2 m

length=1.3m

    1.6*2*1.3 = 4.16 m³

    ¼ is filled

    1 - ¼ = ¾ is to be filled

    ¾ * 4.16 = 3.12m³
