    The answer is true.

Simplify the right side of the equation by first distributing 2 into the values in the parentheses.

    2m+6=2 (2m+3) - 2m

    2m+6=4m+6-2m

Then combine the like terms, 4m and - 2m.

    2m+6=2m+6

    2m + 6 = 2 (2m + 3) - 2m

    2m + 6 = 4m - 2m + 6

    2m + 6 = 2m + 6

    True.
