    Magnitude = sqrt ((-15) ^2 + (-15) ^2)

    = sqrt 450 = 21.21 to nearest hundredth

    Angle it makes with the positive x axis = arctan (-15/-15)

    = 180 + 45

    = 225 degrees answer
