At a basketball game, a vender sold a combined total of 109 sodas and hot dogs. The number of sodas sold was 57 more than the number of hot dogs sold. Find the number of sodas sold and the number of hot dogs sold

    Here's how to find it.

    109 - 57 because the sodas were 57 more then the hot dogs.

    We get 52.

    Then we need to split those so that there IS 57 more sodas then hot dogs.

    If there are 26 sodas and 26 hot dogs. Add 57 sodas and boom.

    Answer = 83 sodas. 26 hot dogs.
