The time of your arrival should be 12:30 PM

    8:00 AM departure+2 hours elapsed=10:00 AM

    10:00 AM+30 minute lunch=10:30 AM

    10:30 AM+1 hour=11:30 AM

    11:30 AM+15 minute gas stop=11:45 AM

11:45 AM+45 minutes driving time=12:30 PM time of arrival
