    c = 3.24

    (x+1.8) ²

    Step-by-step explanation:

    The question wants you to fill in the last term.

    To find the last term, you must use the formula (b/2) ^2.

    Let's use this formula for the equation you gave: x²+3.6x+c

    c = (b/2) ²

    c = (3.6/2) ²

    c = 3.24

    That is the value of c.

    Let's plug in c in the last term for better understanding.

    x²+3.6x+3.24 is now factorable.

    You can complete the square or use the quadratic formula to factor.

    The factored form will turn out to be : (x+1.8) ²
