A shop makes $5 profit for each shirt sold. Which expression shows the profit made by the shop for x shirts sold?

    Profit made on a piece of shirt sold=$ 5

    If number of shirt sold is equal to x.

    Then if y is total profit on x shirts sold.

    So, total profit for x shirts sold is given by,

    →y=5 x
