Without graphing, describe the solution of

{ x> or = to 3 and { y < or = to 4.

    For the first ... it would be a vertical line at 3 on the x axis and it means any number greater then or equal to 3

    For the second one if is a horizontal line on the y axis at 4 and it is any number less then 4 or it is 4
