    Supplementary angles add up to 180°

    x = greater supplementary angle

    x - 118 = lesser angle

    x + (x - 118) = 180

    2x - 118 = 180

    2x = 298

    x = 149

    x - 118

    149 - 118 = 31

    the angles are 31° and 149°
