    If area of square is 144, side length = 12 because 12 x 12 = 144.

Side length=diameter of inscribed circle, so the radius of the inscribed circle is half that, which is 6.

    Area of circle = pi (radius^2) so that's pi x (6^2) = 3.14159265 x 36 = 113.0973354

The answer is 113.0973354 or about 113 square meters.
