    1.) 3-2a<7

    Subtract 3 from each side:

    -2a<4

Divide both sides by - 2, when you divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you also need to flip the direction of the inequality sign.

    a >-2

    Answer is C.

    2.) 3m>9

    Divide both sides by 3:

    m >3

    Answer is D.

    3.) |x + 6| > 15

Remove the absolute value term and add a + and - to the right side:

    x+6 > + / - 15

Now make 2 equations and solve x for both:

    x + 6<15

    x >9

    and

    x+6 >-15

    x<-21

    The answer is B.
