    You can turn all these numbers into a fraction.

    Tom-13%

    13%=0.13

    0.13=13/100

    Tom=13/100

    Lisa=0.6

    Lisa=3/5

    Jane=0.12

    Jane=12/100

    Jane=3/25

    Now you turn these into the same denominator and compare it. The least common denominator of all these fractions are 100.

    Tom=13/100

    Jane=12/100

    Lisa=60/100

    Lisa used the greatest amount of sugar.
