I want to know why my answer was wrong to this question:

What is the y-intercept of the line given by the following equation below?

11x - 7y = 121

a: (-11,0)

b: (0, - 121/7) The correct answer

c: (11,0) My answer

d: (121/7,0)

Both of these gives me 121 so.

    You have to think about the equation in y=mx+b form and since b (the y intercept) is 121 that is your answer.
