I am the number that divided the dividend

The number that is divided is called the dividend and the number which the dividend is being divided by is the divisor. The answer to a division problem is the quotient. and the number which is left called remainder

for example : - 248 divide by 6

in this 248 is dividend, 6 is divisor after division we got 41 quotient and 2 remainder
