    Answer: The radius is 3 inches

    Work Shown:

    C = 2*pi*r

    18.84 = 2*3.14*r ... plug in C = 18.84 and pi = 3.14

    18.84 = 6.28*r

    6.28r = 18.84

    r = 18.84/6.28 ... divide both sides by 6.28

    r = 3
