    Dimensions : 3x by 3x + 2

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let us start with factoring this polynomial expression, as such;

    9x^2 + 6x, ⇒ factor out common term 3x,

    3x * (3x + 2)

    Now if the area of this court is factored to be 3x * (3x + 2), we can determine it's dimensions through the multiplication of length * width;

    Area of Court = length * width,

    3x * (3x + 2) = length * width,

    3x * (3x + 2) = 3x ⇒ (length) * 3x + 2 ⇒ (width),

    Length ⇒ 3x, and Width ⇒ 3x + 2 (or vice versa),

    Width ⇒ 3x, and Length ⇒ 3x + 2

    Dimensions : 3x by 3x + 2
