    Add 3x to both sides

    7y = 3x + 13

    Divide both sides by 7

    y = 3/7 x + 13/7

    Answer: Slope intercept form: y = 3/7 x + 13/7

    First equation: y = 3/7 x+11, this equation has slope equal 3/7
