Tomas wrote the equation y = 3x + 3/4. When Sandar wrote her equation they both had all the same solution as each other but which one could be Sandar's equation.

A. - 6x + y = 3/2

B. 6x + y = 3/2

C. - 6x + 2y = 3/2

D. 6x + 2y = 3/2
