Just put the following value for x and solve.

    53. f (4) = 3 (4) + 3

    = 12+3 = > 15

    54. f (-1) = 3 (-1) + 3

    = - 3+3 = > 0

    55. h (-3) = 5 (-3^2) - 7

    =5*9 - 7

    =45-7 = > 38

    do same thing for others
