Five gal of water are added to a pool each minute.

After correctly carrying out the Solve step of the five-step problem-solving plan, which solution should you arrive at to find the number of minutes that must pass until the pool contains 80 gal of water?

    So 10 (2) 20 (4) 30 (6) 40 (8) 50 (10) 60 (12) 70 (14) and lastly. 80 (16)

    Simply divide 80 by 5. 5 goes into 80 16 times, and each 5 = one minuet, so it would take 16 minuets to fill the pool with 80 gallons.
