    The pythagorean theorem is a^2 + b^2 = c^2. A pythagorean triple is a set of positive whole numbers (a, b, c) such that all three numbers make that equation true. The 'c' is always the largest value. The order of 'a' and 'b' doesn't matter though usually 'a' is the smaller of the two. If we go through all the answer choices, we'd see that only choice B fits because

    a^2+b^2 = 33^2+44^2 = 3025

    and c^2 = 55^2 = 3025

    therefore 33^2+44^2 = 55^2 is a true equation

    if you multiply them all by 11 you'll get 33, 44, 55

    to reverse it/simplify it, divide by 11 to get 3, 4, 5
