    Half of the students chose maths and the half is 20.

    And half of the maths students chose PE so the number of students that chose PE are 10.

    PE is just a quarter of the pie chart and maths half of the pie chart making the total of maths and PE 75% out of the whole pie chart.

    That only leaves us with 25% to calculate and we already know the amount of PE which is also 25% out of the whole pie chart and PE is 10.

    So therefore, the answer is 10.
