What is 4.6 as an improper fraction?

    I believe 4.6 as an improper fraction is 46/10 (or simplified from that : 23/5).

    4 x 10/10 + 6/10 = 40/10 + 6/10.

    I am not sure if you are supposed to simplify or not but if so then divide both the numbers by two to get 23 over five good luck
