    14 bags

    Step-by-step explanation:

    5 2/3 - 5 4/6

    8 1/2 - 8 3/6

    9 1/6 - 9 1/6

    Add them up

    sum = 23 1/3 or 70/3

    divide it by 1 3/4

    = 14 bags
