How many liters of water must Sharon add to 2 liters of a sugar and water solution that is 36%sugar to create a solution that is 12% sugar

    0.36*2 = 0.12 * (2 + x)

    0.72 = 0.24 + 0.12x

    0.48 = 0.12x

    x = 4
