It would be 1$ per child and 2$ per adult.

Because that would mean on the first day there were 200$ worth of child tickets sold (200x1) and 200$ worth of adults tickets sold (100x2).

This would also work for the second day where 40$ worth of child tickets would be sold and 20$ worth of adult tickets are sold.
