The second one which is $10.85 for 1.75 pound is better to buy because the cost per pound of the second one is less than the cost per pound of the first one.

1.75 pounds costing 10.85 is better buy as it is cheaper at 6.2 per pound

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1.37 pounds cost 9.59

    that is 1 pound = 9.59/1.37

    = 7

    for 1.75 pounds costing 10.85

    1 pounds = 10.85/1.75

    = 6.2

Therefore at this cost prices, 1.7 pounds costing 10.85 is better as it is cheaper
