So your whole area would be 1000m^2

Long as: 15 + x

Wide as : x

We know x (x+15) = 1000

x^2+15x-1000=0

Delta: 225+4000=4225

x=-15+-65/2

x = 25 and x=-40

As it is a measurement, we discard the negative measurement.

Now it is 25m wide and 40 long.

Multiply by two each to use both sides:

50+80 = 130m
