    The wheel will make 40 revolutions.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    We are given;

    Diameter = 77 cm = 0.77m

    Radius = 0.77/2

    Radius = 0.385 m

    Speed = 1.1 m/s

    time = 1min 28 sec = 88 sec

    Now, we know that;

    Distance = speed*time

    Thus;

    Distance = 1.1 * 88

    Distance = 96.8 m

    Also,

    Number of revolution = distance/circumference

    Number of revolutions = 96.8 / (2 * π * 0.385)

    Number of revolutions ≈ 40
