    √ (3x+4) ≥0 (otherwise it becomes imaginary)

    3x+4≥0

    3x≥-4

    x≥-4/3

    Y=2 (0) - 5 (it's the lowest x value, and that means it will limit y)

    Y=-5

    As x can be > - 4/3, let's try for another Y value

    Y=2√ (3 (5/3) + 4) - 5

    Y=2√9-5

    Y=6-5

    Y=1

    1>-5

    So, Y≥-5

    Answer is A
