1 - the width of a rectangular box is twice the height and depth is 5 feet. if the volume is 160 ft 3, find the dimensions of the box.

2 - the perimeter of the rectangle room is 96 feet. If the length is 6 feet more than the width, find the dimensions of the room.

    W=8

    2. L=27

    W=21

    1. 160:5=32

    1/2 of 8 is 4

    8*4=32

    2. 2*6=12

    96-12=84

    84:4=21

    21+6=27 (the length)

    21 = (the Width)
