    Trigonometric ratio for sin S = 0.471

    Explanation:

    From figure we have sin S = QR/QS

    QS = 68

    By Pythagoras theorem we have,

    QS² = QR² + RS²

    68² = QR² + 60²

    QR² = 68² - 60²

    QR = 32

    sin S = QR/QS = 32/68 = 0.471

    Trigonometric ratio for sin S = 0.471
