    m=1/2

    first convert it to standard form: y=mx+b

    -4y=-2x+10 = y = - 2x/-4 + 10x/-4 = y = x/2 - 5/2 = y=1/2x-5/2

    y=1/2x-5/2 take the value of m for slope (y=mx+b)

    m=1/2
