    x=7 and y=10 or (7,10)

    Step-by-step explanation:

    3x-y=11 ... (1)

    -7x+5y=1 ... (2)

    Fr om equation (1)

    y=3x-11

    now we will put this value in (2)

    -7x+5y=1

    -7x+5 (3x-11) = 1

    -7x+15x-55=1

    8x=56

    x=56/8

    x=7

    now put this value of x in (2)

    -7x+5y=1

    -7 (7) + 5y=1

    -49+5y=1

    5y=1+49

    y=50/5

    y=10

    hence coordinates are

    (7,10)
