    Base of parallelogram = 2x+3

    Height of parallelogram=3x-2

    Area=b*h

    = (2x+3) (3x-2) = 6x^2-4x+9x-6 = 6x^2+5x-6

    If x=30,

    6 * (30) ^2+5*30-6=5400+150-6=5544
