If a + (-b) = 7 and a=9 what is b?

    if a=9 it would be

    9 + (-b) = 7

    (-b) = 9-7

    (-b) = 2

    The answer is - 2 because u can do 9-7and is 2 left so u but the the 2 there and it is know as - 2 bc the negative Stay the same
