You could do this by first finding out what 65/78 is as a decimal, which is 0.8333333333 ...
To make this into a percent, you multiply the decimal by 100, to get 83.3333 ...
You can write it as a percent as 83.3 (the 3 should have a bar over it, which means that it repeats) %
