    Answer: No the ratios are not equivalent

    Step-by-step explanation: First make the numbers ratios, all you have to do is put one in front of the other. 16:14 and 64:60. Then you try to make the biggest ratio smaller to see if their equal so divide them by the biggest number you can, i used 4. the ratio it becomes is 16:15, which is not equal.
