A ramp is constructed so that a wheelchair can access a level that is 6 ft above the ground floor. The ramp forms a right triangle. The height of the ramp is 6 feet, the base of the ramp is 8 feet long. How many feet long is the top of the ramp?

    I think it is 10 feet. I used the Pythagorean Theorem. a2+b2=c2 6^2 + 8^2 = c^2. 36+64 = c^2. 100 = c ^2. 10 = c.
