    233/20 cups

2 and 1/3 liters converts into 99/10 cups

    Them water is 1/1

    And sugar is 3/4

    Common denominator is 20 so

    198/20

    20/20

    15/20

    Then it's 233/20

And 233 is a prime number so it is completely simplified.
