    It would be written out as y = (2^3) X+7

    Y = 2/3 x + 7

    Standard form is Ax + By = c where A is a positive integer.

    move the 2/3 x to the left by subtracting it from both sides

    -2/3 x + y = 7

    multiply every term by - 3 to clear the negative and the denominator of 3

    2x - 3y = - 21
