    Slope intercept form is y=mx+b

    x/2-y+6=0

    try to get y by iteself on one side

    add y to both sides

    x/2+6=y

    y=x/2+6

    x/2 = (1/2) x

    y = (1/2) x+6 is the slope intercepf rom
