First you would solve what is in each of the parenthesis

    ((7x3x2) / (7x5)) ^2 x ((7^0) / (5^-3)) ^3 x 5^-9

    (42/35) ^2 x (1/.008) ^3 x 5^-9

    (1.2) ^2 x (125) ^3 x 5^-9

    1.44 x 1953125 x 5^-9

    2812500 x 5^-9
