    Ok so fom a previous comment we know question is

    If r = 12.5 and s = |-13|, which of the following inequalities is not true?

    r ≠ s

    r < s

    r ≥ s

    r ≤ s

    remember that absolute value tells the distance or makes it positive

    so s=|-13|=13

    so

    s=13

    and

    r=12.5

    which is NOT true

    r ≠ s becomes 12.5 ≠ 13, that is true

    r < s becomes 12.5<13, that is true

    r ≥ s becomes 12.5>13, that is NOT true

    r ≤ s becomes 12.5<13, that is true

    answer is 3rd option

    remember

    x>y means x is more than y or greater than y

    rmeember that the mouth eats the bigger one

    anwer is r

    Since |-13| is in absolute value, - 13 couldn't be the answer, so yeah. its s=|-13|
