    First find the sale price.

    32 * 15% =

    32 *.15 = 4.80

That's the discount. So the sale price is

    32 - 4.80 = 27.20

    Now add in sales tax

    27.20 * 5.6% =

    27.20 *.056 = 1.52

This is the sales tax. Now add it to the sale price for the final price.

    27.20 + 1.52 = $28.72
